Serendeva was designed by local architect, Hermann Fehr, to make the most of its stunning location and to connect the living spaces to nature through expansive outdoor areas. There is a wonderful feeling of isolation and serenity, whilst only being minutes from the heart of town.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Accessibility: Must climb stairs. High verandah's & lots of stairs; not suitable for those with mobility issues. Small children need to be supervised at all times.
No pets
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited by Denmark Shire and fines will apply.
No parties, events or Schoolies/Leavers bookings
Minimum stay: 3 nights (standard) and 5-7 nights (peak periods).
FIREWOOD NOTICE:
Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood will not be supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round.
During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules.
BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following:
EASTER:
Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).
CHRISTMAS:
Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).
Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of AU$500.00 is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$350.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more from the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the amount will be paid.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, the amount paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited unless the property can be relet for the entire period.
Comprehensive Travel insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Guest’s reasonable control for e.g. accident, ill health etc, is recommended by the Booking Agent. Guests will be responsible for full payment of rental costs whether Guests occupy the Property or not.
