At The Dam we bring together fresh local produce on an accessible seasonal menu, designed to be enjoyed alongside seltzers & cocktails made from our house distilled hemp spirits, local craft beers & our own range of Raintree wines.

Our distillery tours must be booked in advance and include a complementary tasting of our CBD beverages.
