STREAMLINED RESERVATIONS MANAGEMENT
Via a dedicated Channel Manager booking system we manage listings on multiple platforms without the stress of double bookings. We use our own dedicated SCE website and the leading booking channels Airbnb, Stayz, VRBO & HomeAway to gain maximum reach. Owners can log into our SCE website to see all bookings and make their own bookings for personal use any time.

PERSONALISED CUSTOMER SERVICE
Southern Coast Escapes handle all guest enquires, emails, bookings, payments, screen prospective guests and resolve any possible complaints/issues with the guest directly.
We ensure our guests receive detailed arrival instructions, making it easy for them to locate and access the property. During their stay we send follow up messages to see how their stay is going & reminders to keep them informed so they can enjoy their holiday without worrying about the details.
Our staff go the extra mile and provide useful information on in-house appliances by creating a property manual for each home and offering advice on local attractions & nearby activities. Taking time to do this enhances our guests’ experience which in turn helps increase repeat bookings & grow positive reviews.

CLEANING & PROPERTY PREPARATION
A high standard of cleaning & housekeeping is the backbone of any holiday accommodation business and crucial in creating a positive guest experience. Southern Coast Escapes uses a local Professional Cleaning Company who provides their staff with comprehensive training and are given an all-inclusive housekeeping checklist to ensure each property is presented to the highest standard every time.
After a property has been cleaned one of Southern Coast Escapes staff personally goes out to the property to conduct a final Pre-Guest Check. Checking through the whole property to make sure everything is to high presentation, and nothing has been forgotten or overlooked by accident during the clean.
LISTING CREATION & PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Southern Coast Escapes will create a property listing that will draw in prospective guests, showcasing your property’s unique features and focusing on the desirable features of its location. One of our staff is also a trained Professional Photographer who knows how to capture your home and maximise its presentation online across our multiple listing platforms.

Please note: We currently have a wait-list and will only consider properties that fit our portfolio standards. All holiday homes will need to have official Denmark Shire Holiday Home registration before being accepted and listed. *We can only manage properties within the Denmark area (not Albany or Walpole).
