Southern Coast Escapes respects your privacy.

SCE will collect personal information from its guests including; name, contact details, phone number, email and financial information such as credit card details required for accommodation booking payments.

This information is required to administer bookings and allow us to correspond with you, in relation to your enquiry or booking.

In the future we may use this contact information to email you a promotion or newsletter, this information will not be made available to any third parties. If you do not wish to be emailed marketing material, please advise us as such.

SCE will not use your information for anything other than its intended use and we do not pass any of your personal information to third parties that are not directly related to the booking process.

The only circumstances in which SCE may share your information is for the following reasons:

* Southern Coast Escapes acts an Agent for the Owners of our listed holiday properties and may disclose details of a guest to the owners if required.

* For legal purposes/obligations and in the case a guest poses a threat to SCE properties or staff, threatens harm or displays fraudulent behaviour.

Southern Coast Escapes does not store guest credit card details on our website.

Guests will need to acknowledge that the security of online financial transactions and the security of communications sent by electronic means or by post cannot be guaranteed. You provide information to us via the internet or by post at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for misuse or loss of, or unauthorised access to, your personal information where the security of information is not within our control.
