Willow Cottage is a gorgeous, historic, character miller’s cottage which retains its original quaint details on the outside, while inside it has been lovingly rebuilt to reveal crisp lines, soothing colours and fabrics and modern fixtures.
Alongside this clean-line simplicity, homage to special details such as the original ceiling rose, cornices, wooden pane casement windows and doors remain intact.
A bathroom with cleverly concealed storage space, dimmable lighting, a double shower and large vanity allow you to feel pampered, refreshed and soothed.
The kitchen features a cast-iron gas cooktop, a stainless steel oven and plenty of cabinet storage space - the best of both worlds!
Relax and enjoy beautiful moments on either the front or back porch as you savour this beautiful country town that is picturesque and vibrant.
Walking distance to town, this lovely house feels quiet and serene as you sip your morning coffee on one of two verandahs --- your choice for morning and evening light.
A vast, beautifully maintained backyard, facing cottage gardens and various wildlife, takes you to a place that feels remarkably peaceful for a relaxing holiday retreat every day! Should you wish to visit the bustling town and riverbank with unique shops and eateries, it is only a short stroll to the centre of the village
* Please Note: Front lawn is currently being re-grown through sand, please walk on the grass sections (not sandy parts) until established.
This is strictly an Adults Only retreat, 2 guests maximum.

Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.
Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of AU$500.00 is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$350.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more from the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the amount will be paid.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, the amount paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited unless the property can be relet for the entire period.
Comprehensive Travel insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Guest’s reasonable control for e.g. accident, ill health etc, is recommended by the Booking Agent. Guests will be responsible for full payment of rental costs whether Guests occupy the Property or not.

* Adults only retreat, not pets or smoking.
* Making of outside fires is strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations.
* BEFORE CHECKING OUT: Please follow the Check-out Check List instructions on the fridge to avoid paying extra cleaning fees.
* Rubbish & Recycling bins not placed on verge for collection days will incur a fee of $55
