Giving everyone their own space Beach Break has 4 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air-conditioning, washer and dryer.
The main lounge has a Smart TV plus DVD player for the adults and the kids games room has their own free to air TV to watch their favourite programs plus games in the cupboard.
Only a 4 minute drive to popular Prawn Rock Channel; 6 minutes to the town beach – Ocean Beach and 8 minutes to the quaint town centre of Denmark where lovely unique boutiques await your browsing or a place to do your grocery shopping.
Denmark is also a very popular food destination with many fantastic restaurants and cafes and is the host of approximately 30 wineries, breweries and cider establishments.
We are also very close to other popular locations such as Greens Pool, Elephant Rocks, Tree Top Walk plus of course Albany.
Accommodates up to 8 people with 2 x Queen size beds & 4 x Single beds. All linen provided. No charge for infants, if using own linen. Infants are classified as children not crawling or walking.
PLEASE NOTE: ADVERTISED PRICE IS FOR 2 GUESTS. Extra guests are $30 per person/per night.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of AU$500.00 is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$350.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more from the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the amount will be paid.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, the amount paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited unless the property can be relet for the entire period.
Comprehensive Travel insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Guest’s reasonable control for e.g. accident, ill health etc, is recommended by the Booking Agent. Guests will be responsible for full payment of rental costs whether Guests occupy the Property or not.

* FOR ACCURATE BOOKING PRICE: Please enter the correct amount of guests that will be staying. Infants under the age of one are free of charge.
* Please read amenities list prior to arrival, only a basic starter amount of goods are supplied.
* Strictly No Leavers / Schoolies Bookings. No parties or events.
* Making of outside fires is strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations.
* BEFORE CHECKING OUT: Please follow the Check-out Check List instructions on the fridge to avoid paying extra cleaning fees.
* Rubbish & Recycling bins not placed on verge for collection days will incur a fee of $55
