We share our block with Kangaroos and amazing bird life. Picture yourself relaxing with a glass of wine on the expansive verandahs. Serendeva is the perfect romantic getaway or family holiday spot.
Serendeva was designed by local architect, Hermann Fehr, to make the most of its stunning location and to connect the living spaces to nature through expansive outdoor areas. There is a wonderful feeling of isolation and serenity, whilst only being minutes from the heart of town.
There are 3 bedrooms off a main kitchen/dining and living area. All of the sleeping areas are well separated for privacy and two have their own access to the verandah for that private glass of wine as you watch nature roll by. All of the bedrooms have extra blankets and heaters for those cold winter nights.
There are two bathrooms both equipped with showers and lovely stone tiling
The beautiful kitchen area has everything you'll need for a perfect holiday including a Nespresso coffee machine for your early morning pick me up. We do supply some basic pantry items to get you started.
There are two new feather filled 3 seater couches in the living area so that you can curl up in front of the fire with a glass of wine. There is also a reverse cycle aircon in the living area for those extra cold nights or hot summer days.
Outside there is everything you'll need for a great family BBQ. We have a Webber Q and large table with benches that can seat up to 8 persons.
Under the house there is a laundry with washer and dryer for you to use if you need to.
Serendeva is on a rainwater tank, so tap-water is crisp and delicious!

PLEASE NOTE: There are quite a few stairs to access this property & is not recommended for elderly or those with mobility or health issues. Young children will also need to be monitored.
ADVERTISED PRICE IS FOR 2 GUESTS. Extra guests are $30 per person/per night.

Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.
Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of AU$500.00 is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$350.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more from the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the amount will be paid.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, the amount paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited unless the property can be relet for the entire period.
Comprehensive Travel insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Guest’s reasonable control for e.g. accident, ill health etc, is recommended by the Booking Agent. Guests will be responsible for full payment of rental costs whether Guests occupy the Property or not.

* FOR ACCURATE BOOKING PRICE: Please enter the correct amount of guests that will be staying. Infants under the age of one are free of charge.
* Please read amenities list prior to arrival, only a basic starter amount of goods are supplied.
* Strictly No Leavers / Schoolies Bookings. No parties or events.
* Making of outside fires is strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations.
* BEFORE CHECKING OUT: Please follow the Check-out Check List instructions on the fridge to avoid paying extra cleaning fees.
* All rubbish must be removed and placed in the outside bins provided, for excess rubbish please put in skip bin at the end of the driveway.
