Shadforth Rise is a contemporary gem, boasting four large bedrooms (1x King + 3x Queen), an ensuite and a family bathroom and a spacious open-plan living area that seamlessly connects to the great outdoors.
Step outside to an undercover patio area overlooking the stunning views where you can soak in the serenity of the gorgeous Karri trees lining the property. The patio is furnished for relaxation and outdoor dining, complete with a barbecue grill for those delightful cookouts.
This spacious retreat accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind together.
The interior of the property is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and amenities. In the open plan living area you will find a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge area with a woodburning stove and a dining area perfect for meals with loved ones.
In addition to the main lounge area, there is also a separate TV lounge room with a modern 65 inch smart TV, Bluetooth connectable soundbar and comfortable seating for enjoying a relaxed evening of entertainment.
We provide all the modern conveniences you need including reverse cycle air-conditioning, heating, a washing machine, Wi-Fi and ample parking.
Shadforth Rise is conveniently located just a short 3 km drive from Denmark’s town centre with its boutique shops, galleries, cafés and restaurants. Explore the local beaches and walking trails, visit wineries, or simply relax and take in the breathtaking views whilst enjoying the peaceful surroundings, flora and fauna.

Minimum stay 3 nights standard period and 5 - 7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.
Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of AU$500.00 is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$500.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more from the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the amount will be paid.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, the amount paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited unless the property can be relet for the entire period.
Comprehensive Travel insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Guest’s reasonable control for e.g. accident, ill health etc, is recommended by the Booking Agent. Guests will be responsible for full payment of rental costs whether Guests occupy the Property or not.
