Serendeva is the perfect base for your stay in Denmark being just minutes from town and close to the local attractions of Greens Pool and Elephant Rocks (and all the other lesser known but equally spectacular beaches). You'll be in the heart of the wine region and just a short drive to popular restaurants and cellar doors. Serendeva has a long history as a favourite getaway for families and friends. Perfect for breathtaking sunrises and unforgettable stargazing. Guests enjoy a wonderful sense of privacy and serenity; the home is set on 5 acres with sweeping panoramic views over Wilson Inlet and the Southern Ocean. All this, and only minutes from the centre of town.

Accessibility: Guests must climb stairs (as shown in images) to reach the living areas. Not suitable for elderly people with mobility issues.
Dogs Allowed: However, please note this property is not fenced. You will need to supervise your dog outside for toileting and exercise. Please keep dogs on leads so they don’t chase kangaroos or go onto neighbouring properties.
When you go out, you can leave your dog for a short while under cover on the house top verandah as this has an enclosed gate, but not recommended for dogs that can jump high over railings or tiny dogs that can squeeze under the railing gap.
As per the Pet Policy, dogs are not allowed to be left inside the house unattended. There are lots of dog friendly cafes, wineries and beaches you can take your dog to in Denmark.
PET POLICY:
Pet Fee of $80 per stay.
Maximum 2 dogs (not cats or puppies).
• Fully house-trained dogs only inside the property.
• No dogs on beds or furniture at any time.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum—excessive barking/howling is not permitted.
• Pets must not be left unsupervised inside at any time.
• Guests must bring their own pet bedding & food bowls.
• All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in a sanitary manner. Extra fees apply if waste left.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, inside or outside the property

Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited by Denmark Shire, fines apply.
No parties, events or Schoolies/Leaver's bookings
Minimum stay: 3 nights (standard) and 5-7 nights (peak periods).
FIREWOOD NOTICE:
Due to a State-wide firewood shortage, firewood is not supplied during the warmer months November to April. The property is equipped with a reverse-cycle air conditioner ensuring you stay comfortable year-round.
During the colder months (May–October), we do our best to provide enough firewood for two nights. You’re also welcome to bring your own dirt and bark free firewood or purchase firewood locally from hardware stores or petrol stations in Denmark. This approach helps protect local forests and complies with Western Australia’s biosecurity rules.
Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of AU$500.00 is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$350.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more from the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the amount will be paid.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, the amount paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited unless the property can be relet for the entire period.
Comprehensive Travel insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Guest’s reasonable control for e.g. accident, ill health etc, is recommended by the Booking Agent. Guests will be responsible for full payment of rental costs whether Guests occupy the Property or not.

* BEFORE CHECKING OUT: Please follow the Check-out Check List instructions on the fridge to avoid paying extra cleaning fees.
* All rubbish must be placed in the outside bins provided.
