Commissioning local Aboriginal artist Yondee Shane Hansen to create the main art piece in the living area & window facing the street. These artworks depict the stream to the east of the property leading into the Wilson Inlet, the hills to the West (viewed driving in from the main road), the magnificent trees & the inlet views.

Soak in the surroundings whilst meandering around the recycled brick paving circling the property and through the windows of the house from the back yard.

The main house includes three spacious king bedrooms, two with their own TV and ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is specially set up as a kids-room with bunks & TV for entertaining, with a third separate bathroom and laundry.
An expansive open-plan glass, dual walled living area with a modern fully equipped kitchen just waiting for you to enjoy a quiet coffee as the sun rises or cook a huge feast with friends and family for a celebratory dinner. The generous sized kitchen, with its large breakfast bar is the perfect place to sit savoring your local produce platter, taking in the gorgeous homage to Denmark, the Greens Pool splash back converted by the photographer to glass.
The lounge area has an 85 inch Smart TV mounted on the wall together with the art work, both beautifully inset with a unique timber mounting technique.
Sit back & relax while watching over the kids having the time of their lives in the specially built kids play area located in the back yard. With an in-ground trampoline & Funky Monkey jungle gym they will keep themselves entertained for hours!
The property also includes a separate Studio under the deck & next to the garage which includes its own open-plan bedroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen & separate bathroom/ laundry. Kwoorabup Views has been built with the importance of sustainably in mind. Using recycled steel beams & channels, repurposed steel staircase, glass balustrading, brick pavers, steel struts for tables, soil/rocks, and decking boards have all been salvaged from various places including: A newspaper warehouse in Perth, salvage yards, adjacent estate properties & surplus stock businesses. All local Denmark tradespeople have been employed in the building & development of this property.

Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).
CHRISTMAS:
Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).
Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of AU$500.00 is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$500.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more from the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the amount will be paid.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, the amount paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited unless the property can be relet for the entire period.
Comprehensive Travel insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Guest’s reasonable control for e.g. accident, ill health etc, is recommended by the Booking Agent. Guests will be responsible for full payment of rental costs whether Guests occupy the Property or not.

* FOR ACCURATE BOOKING PRICE: Please enter the correct amount of guests that will be staying. Infants under the age of one are free of charge.
* Please read amenities list prior to arrival, only a basic starter amount of goods are supplied.
* Strictly No Leavers / Schoolies Bookings. No parties or events.
* Making of outside fires is strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations.
* BEFORE CHECKING OUT: Please follow the Check-out Check List instructions on the fridge to avoid paying extra cleaning fees.
* Rubbish & Recycling bins not placed on verge for collection days will incur a fee of $55
