Only 14 minutes out of Denmark town & very close proximity to all local attractions and Denmark’s wonderful restaurants, wineries and breweries. Literally 5 mins drive to The Dam Distillery & Restaurant, Bartholomews Meadery (for the best honey ice-creams) & 10 mins to the world class Pepper & Salt Restaurant.
Nestled into the countryside and native bushland the home is north facing, capturing the sunshine & warmth, making this modern & stylish country retreat a cosy base to explore the stunning region and relax into the peace & quiet.
The stunning stone surround double sided wood fireplace allows you to choose to relax with your favourite local wine either in the large lounge room on comfy big couches or in the open plan dining room & kitchen.
Polished timber floors throughout, spacious kitchen with dishwasher, espresso machine & walk in pantry, laundry with washing machine & dryer, 2 queen bedrooms & a single bed with trundle (child use only) in the 3rd bedroom; 2 bathrooms; large lounge room with a slow combustion double sided wood fire; separate activity room with TV including DVDs plus study nook.
The master bedroom with private ensuite is a quiet retreat for parents who are separated by the lounge & kitchen from the two bedrooms at the other end of the house. There is also an activity room & study just outside these bedrooms which makes a great place for kids to play board games & watch their favourite movies on DVDs.
This home is a delight for a small group of friends or an all-time favourite family getaway destination. Kids (big & small) can explore the large 5-acre bush block, play cricket, footy, swing on the bush swing and spy on the local kangaroos who visit the grassed garden frequently.

Please Note:
*One of the beds is a trundle bed suitable for children only.
The bed configuration is 2 x Queen, 1 Single & 1 pull out Trundle (under the single bed)
For this reason, the property sleeps a max of 5 adults.
*Mobile Phone reception is also very limited: There is a mobile phone booster at the property which enables Telstra reception only.
The TV in the main lounge has free to air stations and the other TV has a DVD player only, with lots of DVD's to choose from in the drawer below
All linen supplied except beach towels & portacot linen.

* Making of outside fires is strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations.
Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.
Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of AU$500.00 is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of AU$350.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically refunded on 7 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
If the cancellation occurs 30 days or more from the scheduled arrival date, a full refund of the amount will be paid.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days from the scheduled arrival date, the amount paid is non-refundable and will be forfeited unless the property can be relet for the entire period.
Comprehensive Travel insurance with a reputable insurance company to cater for any unforeseen circumstances beyond the Guest’s reasonable control for e.g. accident, ill health etc, is recommended by the Booking Agent. Guests will be responsible for full payment of rental costs whether Guests occupy the Property or not.
